Purpose

This service presents insurance proposals and records a customer’s coverage-selection request. It does not itself bind, issue, or activate insurance.

Carrier documents control

The carrier quote and issued policy contain the governing insurance terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and endorsements. Contact BCIS before submitting if anything displayed here differs from the carrier material.

Authorized use

Secure proposal links are intended only for the named recipient and authorized representatives of the named insured. Do not forward or misuse a private link.

Electronic records

Electronic delivery and signature are voluntary. The transaction-specific disclosure shown before signature explains paper-copy options, consent, access, and record retention.
